I don't have advice on what to do because I am going through the same thing with my son. He is 15 and ran away once was arrested. He was suspended from school for 3 days for smoking in bathroom and to top that off he was busted by the police for smoking pot on street corner of major intersection bus stop. I just got his progress report and he has all F's. Believe me I know what your going through and I'm in the same boat. We haven't gotten his court date yet so I'm scared to death of what the judge will recommend and we like you can't afford boot camps and treatment faciities. I just wanted to let you know you're not alone. Hang in there.
