Resolution Ranch has its own 12 Step Program to aid in the building of character, confidence, and respect in troubled teens. This program consists of 5 achievement levels which the boys must pass before they are considered ready for the ‘reality’ of the world once more.

Each level requires response writing from the teen which a counselor shall then evaluate.

Level 2: Cattle Men—values learned: goal setting, confidence, and responsibility.
Level 3: Ropers—values learned: humility, resolve, and character.
Level 4: Wranglers—values learned: helpfulness, relationship building, coping with change, and making amends.
Level 5: Cowboys—values learned: hope, affirmation, and commitment.
