Diet drugs - 2006/08/24 23:18
I found a bottle of Metabolift in my daughter’s room recently. I searched on the internet and found out that this diet/weight-loss drug has been banned because of its harsh side-effects which may cause life-threatening heart palpitations and even seizure attacks. I’ve known that she has been conscious of her weight and appearance but I had no idea until recently that she was using this dangerous diet drug. I’m not even sure of how she acquired the bottle. I’m afraid that even if I have confiscated the drug from her, she may just as easily acquire another bottle. I can’t seem to get her to tell me where it came from.
What now?
